Request reason: Absolutely persistent breaking of rules, character, abuse of every job and situation I've seen them in.
When did the situation occur?: I venture it wouldn't be incorrect to say every day since they joined the server.
Your evidence to support your claim: Dailey Bob's warning point record I imagine speaks for itself.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Anyone and everyone who has come into contact with them.
When I first interacted with Dailey Bob, there was a large shootout in Richards. I think I was driving something at the time but a girl runs up to the vehicle and asks for our help getting them out of the situation, claiming that they were held hostage nearby.
We're already concerned about the amount of chaos and gunfire already present in the area, and were making preparations to get out of there anyway, so we agree and she enters the vehicle.
We'd barely made any distance before the police stop us. It becomes clear she has left the vehicle, and I overhear her telling the cops on scene that we had kidnapped her. At the time we assume she means the people the police are raiding, so we make the leave, and the cops shoot up the car, and take us into custody. We're let go afterwards as it's clear there is no evidence.
This situation becomes something of a frequent modus for Dailey.
For a while I was testing a new RP character, as a cop, and I had further run-ins with Dailey. Using Tow driver as an excuse to smash into traffic or cause road blockages, Dailey would refuse to obey fearrp, and when she was called into a sit, she exclaimed that I was oppressing her because she was a girl.
As a staunch feminist I found this particularly inflammatory as, while it is certainly true that there is a mountain of misogyny online and particularly in video games, using it as an excuse to get out of punishment in a sit (a tactic she also employed in the latter sits where she would report me in every future encounter we had.) was cheapening the very real issues that women suffer online today.
In all my interactions with Dailey, I have never known her not to break character, she frequently uses homophobic language directed at the people she sets herself against, will take revenge by deliberately getting into situations with that same person over and over again (In a more recent case, she became a cadet and kept calling for a code red on my character.) Has never obeyed FearRP, running every time, and will also accuse others she is set against of breaking the very rules she herself is breaking.
She will call false situations on people, both when they are in character (Not necessarily breaking the rules.) and in sits (lying directly to staff.)
I am certain at this point, she is already on some kind of surveillance by staff. I don't want Dailey to necessarily be banned outright for this, partly because it's clear that has no affect on her, but also because despite all her infractions, she does seem to be interested in the server to be here so often.
But her entire approach to playing on the server, only knowing rules when they suit her, very aggressive conduct to other players, is something that needs to be changed.
I have seen her gain enough warning points in a day to be banned, more than once, after one another.
Please find a solution so as to protect genuine RPers from abuse.
