After reviewing the evidence provided in this Player Report I can deem the following:

The user reported "AtomicDom213" (STEAM_0:0:235512970) is in violation of:

3.2 - Do not break character, stay in character at all times unless you are in an administrative situation.

As the user broke character, although the user said "I am In a Discord Call with him, he is long gone" this doesn't completely confirm that he violated the rules on Meta-Gaming.

In addition, the officer; user "Chick3nWheat" (STEAM_0:0:91171899) is also in violation of:

3.2 - Do not break character, stay in character at all times unless you are in an administrative situation.

In conclusion of this situation, both users listed above for violations of breaking character/fail roleplay will receive warnings for their conduct as you shouldn't be breaking character.
