Upon review I have determined the following rules were breached:

Chapter 5 Sub-chapter 2 Subsection 1 (5.2.1) under Government Rules

Law Enforcement may not abuse the taser. You must have a valid reason to tase a player. You may deploy your taser during a gunfight or active shootout to take down criminals if they are not directly facing or shooting at you.

Chapter 3 Subsection 2 (3.2) under Voice Chat & Rules

Do not break character, stay in character at all times unless you are in an administrative situation.

Chapter 4 Subsection 2 (4.2) under Criminal Rules

During a police raid, the defending party of a raid is required to stay within their property limits unless their intention is to flee and hide from law enforcement.

Due to the nature of the aforementioned crimes and the history of the players in question:

  • Verbal warning for breaking character and breaking raid timer.
  • Due to failing to abide by the Criminal Raiding Rules you will not be allowed to make a refund request for your lost items. However, you will not be given an actual punishment.

The situation will NOT be voided. However, punishments have and will be handed out.

Subsequent rule breaks will result in punishments with an elevated severity.
