After reviewing this, he is only RDMing you in two clips. In the first two clips, you seem to be 1. Standing at your furnace in which he gives no initiation to a mugging and 2. The second one you were going over to the gas station to watch him leave your base which is fine, and you can not enter it for 10 minutes afterward. In the third clip you seem to be chasing him very hostilely, and without more video context I can not confirm whether or not that was RDM.
