So I was arresting this guy for attempt to rob the bank then he tries getting killed to avoid getting jailed

I dealt with a report prior to this situation involving both you and stealth rax. Although i concluded it and let you arrest him. Right after i put him down, i heard him telling someone to kill him, although i thought that it was a joke, and so i let the situation continue. I'm also a bit curious as to why you would make a report on your friend? As well as someone who served as a witness to one of your other posts.

I will let StealthRax reply to this incase he has an opinion.
