Notes: I had spoken to Stuvi, Gregg, and Creeper on the situation, I do feel at fault since I did first point this out in discord and have sincerely apologized to Creeper, Gregg, and Stuvi on the situation at hand. If any action would be taken on me as well I will take it. To quote @Stuvi on what he told me:
"First of all, we accept the people we seem fit for staff, no guidelines prevent us from doing that. You have in no way any clue how we work in terms of recruitment nor did you have the knowledge that that requirement was added AFTER he became staff up until now."
Again, I feel at fault of the situation but what was said was completely uncalled for in terms of the players. No matter the age or person, you shouldn't discriminate or disrespect them on doing what they do, if you have issues with them just keep it to yourself. Leave what happens behind closed doors closed, don't butt into things that do not concern you. I learned a valuable lesson from this as well from Stuvi and Gregg, I do greatly appreciate it.
