I took his report and he said he had video evidence of what happened, but it wasn't finished uploading and it was going to take a while to finish, He said he'd take it to the forums when the video was complete.

With that being said, I checked the logs and everything lines up with the video, Tommy Bucco is guilty of breaking NLR and RDM and Bobby Monster is guilty for breaking NLR.
