Watching this video I don't feel that FearRP had anything to do with it, however from the looks of things you were being attacked for your bank loot.

Could you explain the context of this video and your exact claim to what rules they broke and how so that we can be on the same page?

you didnt hear either of us cause you were barely out of range, Lou initiated properly and we killed you guys fair and square.

if you look at this picture, im the green arrow, Lou is the red arrow. he initiated when he pointed an mp5 on you, you just didnt hear it. I started shooting as the second or third person also.

Me and James had just robbed the bank and this random group showed up to rob us of the loot in the middle of the highway (no initiation or verbal contact made prior to this situation). Overall, rules broken in my opinion is RDM and Mugging in Crowded Area and i dont think they made a proper and valid initiation since we were never at gunpoint when told to stop.

Since you have no gun out (can’t initiate on us without a gun) we aren’t failing to follow any demands (we dont fall under FearRP) and also, ur friend was well aware that he was too far away for us to hear him so he shouldn’t have shot us since none of u initiated on us.

In my opinion the rule at question here is 4.1.4, which reads as

You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Hospital, Fire Department and City Hall.

1. You can however kill and harm someone near and at all these locations, granted that you have a reason from earlier.

In my opinion you robbing the bank is valid enough reason for this aggression, so I do not believe any rules have been broken.
