As shown in the video Mr. STEAM_0:0:66165168 tried to mug me and and another guy in front of Town hall.

I think he had overheard us talking about we wanted to make a gun deal by the Premium Box and wanted to Mug us, so he gave out of nowhere with his MP5 and demanted for me to drop the deagle(s) or I would die. In the video he was heard talking about that he should just kill me because of a reason that happened way before me and Dan decided to make a deal, but that RP situation was already over way before.

So you shot me and tried to kill me because I accidently shot one of your friends then I ran to my friend to get more ammo because I lit you up so I came back and you are trying to act like you did not shoot me with a deagle 2 minutes ago, you did not even die so it does not even matter. I realized my mistake shortly after that Iwas mugging you but the reason I had you up with ur hands up is because you attempted to kill me and I could have killed you right there and then if I wanted to and taken your deagle but i decided to spare you then I just left. My bad if I came across that I was trying to mug you but incase you forgot you tried to kill me 2 mins ago and you are acting like you died or something.

For starters, nothing really happened so I'm going to conlude this report right now.
Before I do that I want to tell that @Lemon jayde could have killed you if he had a reason from earlier, this only counts for harming or killing the targetted player.
as stated in the rules:

1. You can however kill and harm someone near and at all these locations, granted that you have a reason from earlier.

In this case I am going to have to trust Lemon that he did have a reason from earlier.
Dont get me wrong, if Lemon did in fact kill @P3LL3 , I would've checked the logs to confirm if he had reasons from earlier.
