Background Information: He rang the alarm, while his death was uncalled for, causing me to demote the other guy, he still broke Fear RP. He then came back for his car, in the exact same spot, breaking NLR and then admitting to it.
Additional members involved/witnessing: @DangerRanger saw him break Fear RP again later on in the night and yelled at him but not about this part.
