Hello Garry,

After conducting a review of the video evidence you have provided, I have came to the conclusion that Brusierbrody6 was not in the wrong due to insufficient evidence.

There were prior events that happened before this video which you addressed on your other player report, the player that was tased was suspiciously in the bank again and Brusierbrody6 decided to handcuff him after he was unable to backup his story of "oiling the bank".

This player report has been denied and the player in question will not receive a punishment.
