I was just standing outside of these apartments, I hadn't interacted with them at all or even went inside of the building and he yells "HANDS UP" and kills me giving me no time to react whatsoever.

So I had already been down there twice and called him out once, and I said "I'm just gonna go mug him" on the radio, because I felt like he was going to raid us fairly soon. That last "Hands" (at least on my side, which I have no video to provide), Was where I killed him. It looks really bad on the video, and I really didn't think the delay was upwards of 3 seconds. In my personal experience, the most delay I have ever really seen is about 1-1.5 seconds. Originally, There was 2 dudes at the bottom, I saw one of them leave, and I didn't want to give him enough time to pop out of a bush or something and slap me.

BTW, I was talking about the one that ran in the last sentence, not the guy I killed.

I literally said "So there's a dude at the bottom of the base with a gun on his back, his friend just left. I think he might raid, so I'm just gonna mug him. Maybe his friend will come out."

Due to the fact that you did not give that player a reasonable amount of time to react to your hands up command and did not give enough time for time delay, your punishment will be as follows:
