@3trollers, unfortunately, from what i can see in the video provided your car was parked over the state provided white line. after doing my research on American road laws i found this quote on the USA government website

The single white line represents that there is no pavement - if this is the case then it is illegal to park on the single white line.

And this applies to the second car posted in the second video as it was parked on the state's road.

Also please be aware of rule 2.2.10

You may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for towing or impounding you, your friends or crew member's vehicle. In addition, you may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for previously towing or impounding you, your friends or crew member's vehicle.

as the tow truck driver was killed due to the towings.
