The rules on the forums for the mayor state the following:

1. The mayor's approval rating is below 30%, or you have a proper In-Character reason, players can attempt a coup. Any corruption made by the mayor (note that this corruption must be certain and not a suspicion) creates a valid reason to assassinate them.

2. Law Enforcement may not harm any other government officials - like the Mayor - but if roleplayed well they can work with others to bring them down.

This sit was handled in-game by myself already, why would you make a duplicate report on the forums? As far as what your video shows, a few things are of note from the start.

1) You appear to be using a form of out-of-game communication (metagaming)
2) You are talking to this player (who appears to be your secret service, and is violating the rules by holding his weapon out when you are under no immediate threat)
3) You lied to me in a sit about an "admin" telling you it was okay to simply give the police $500 and forget about it. Your friend is clearly caught on audio telling you this, and for seemingly no reason other than for you to have fun. Lying in a sit is absolutely unacceptable, and you will be punished for this.
4) As the Mayor, you are not above the law and are liable for arrests and tickets like any other citizen. Simply arresting or ticketing you does not amount to a coup. Please read the section of the rules under 5.3.

While the officer involved shouldn't have used his baton on you, it does appear you were being corrupt, and organizing your corruption via third-party communications. Player report denied, and you will be punished for the aforementioned rulebreaks illustrated above based on your moderation history
