Hello @something, After reviewing your video evidence it's clear that he was not put under fear rp. unfortunately, a tazer is not classified as a deadly weapon so therefore he was not under fear rp. However, that being said it is also very clear that he VDM'D that player on the sidewalk and will receive punishment for said actions.
The player in question was banned yesterday for 1 week due to extensive VDM, i have gone ahead and extended that ban to 10d from today, a total of 11 days.
