Request Reason: No intention to RP, he kidnapped me without putting handcuffs in a public place only because I was trying to give him a 50$ ticket for his parking, he told me to drown myself in the lake, he didn't try to ask for money for my life. His reason to kill me in the end was that I tried to pull out my gun when he was shooting the other officer, I have no problem with that to be honest but I am pretty sure he was well aware that I can't aim my gun when in the water. In my opinion he was just looking for trouble no matter what. If the other police guy didn't come he would've made me drown can be seen in the 2-nd video after he comes out of his car again.
