he was a witness of a murder and had evidence against my friend which he could have used to raid us as they were infact making cocaine. This means (in real life) both the witness and the police officer and person who reported me could've used this to put us in prison for a long time. As well as this I knew he was armed and ,since fear rp doesn't apply unless there's 2 or more people, also had the reason and possible capability to end my life. I believe this was a reasonable action as there was 2 prominent options in this situation, my arrest or my death. @friskiemar

I had no intention to ask for a warrant from the chief, I was thinking about asking on monoford PD radio frequency if there are any available detectives to investigate. Hearing sounds without picture proof is not a reason for a warrant. I was just standing there chatting with the guy as he could've given me more info which I can relay to a detective or the chief. As for witnessing a murder, the video uploaded is 3 minutes of a 10 minute clip the only thing extra in it is me running to the bank before that to get money in order to buy water from across the store, the only thing I saw and heard was the gunshot which I didn't find out who actually fired.

I have three reasons regarding your death; number one you were the sole witness of a murder involving an illegal firearm on a person who was informing you of a drug dealer; two you were discussing the manufacturing of illegal substances in the apartment as if you had evidence and you did regarding the fact you were the recipient of information from an informant and the only way I could’ve stopped you from having this evidence was murder. you also had evidence of a murder with a class three firearm which in itself is a charge; three you were visibly armed so even after I committed the murder you could’ve killed me therefore you posed a threat as I had a limited amount of ammo and no getaway car therefore I would’ve been forced to face you and you could’ve called backup to assist you

You also ran for cover when I opened fire suggesting that you were going to try counter it otherwise you would’ve surrendered

You murdered him and me for no real reason , the whole report is about that, you just gunned us down because we had a suspicion. I can't call a raid without picture proof, even if there are people telling me they saw something and clearly the guy I was talking had only suspicion. Let's put that in perspective:
I go in the bank as a cop and I see 3 guys, I arrest one of them because I think he will raid it and then arrest the other 2 because they might be part of a group that might raid ... do you know how many of you will report me, trust me you deserve this report and should admit you weren't in the right to just gun us down. As I said lets leave it to the admins, the video in my opinion shows it all, I just want to disable notifications from this thread because everything you've wrote so far makes me irritated.

It is allowed to kill people who are informing police of a crime, and a crime was being committed and me killing him resulted in you being a threat

Thank you for making a report on the forums.

The reasons you mentioned above for killing both the player and the cop does not warrant a proper roleplay reason. For that you will receive a 2 day ban for RDM x2.
