They had no reason to kill me since his friend was indeed on the road and i ran him over down to 20 hp and tries to get his other friend to help, they told me to get in their car with no guns or anything so i said no so i walked over to in the casino and they just gunned me down and i tried to put my hands up thats why i paused after they shot me in the head i was no threat and i had no guns or anything they did not have a reason to shoot me when he was in fact on the road. Also this was not handled in game since I decided to close the report.

Hello, thank you for your report.

This report has been concluded with verbal warnings and documentation given to both offenders. This is not a big enough RDM offense given you did clip the guy with the car, and they tried to take you with them, but they did not RP it properly. Accidents aren't sufficient for initiation, and they did not have their guns out when they made their demands despite having two people present. If they did have their guns, and you ran, it would have been a FearRP violation on your part and they would have been able to kill you.

Notes will be added to their accounts and monitored for future RP situations.
