Request Reason: All the videos and screenshots below show that balldrip has been super toxic to me using looc to to talk ic trash just completely abusing looc to talk about ic stuff to shit talk me he even tried to to say what you gonna do come fight me like he was trying to start stuff so much it no even funny. They will also show that kidnaped me in a public place when he was on a kidnap timer for about another 30 minutes plus. He then takes me to farm to leave me there alone. He said that was a mug though he clearly made me enter a car and ubducted/kidnaped me. They also will show that when he said he was getting off i pm him saying don't leave as i'm reporting you right now so he does not leave and right after he leaves. Though thats not all of it he was in combat as he had pointed guns at me and even shot his firearm damaging me which then he should have waited 10 minutes before leaving the server as he had a combat timer. The other part i did not catch on video but would like to put in here the second time he broke combat timer is when he head on my car went flying out when he got up he pointed a acr right at me starting a 10 minute timer though he goes straight to the supermarket to deposit his acr as when he is kidnapping me he only has a m496 with a long barrel He was also really salty in game ramming into my car saying fail driving fail driving breaking character This is not the first time and probably is not the last that balldrip will do such things I hope this time this will be the correct format for this report .

Its funny to me that you brought this up and how you are framing me looking like the bad guy. It all started when we got into a shootout at the drawbridge. You ran away, so we cahsed after you, and eventually killed you. Not only me but 3-4 other people were talking over your body, because we were a little mad because you ran. But, then you started to ticket my car. I was fine with it at first because it was RP and I knew i was in the wrong for parking at hospital. So I went and grabbed my car and moved it. Then we were driving around (keep in mind still equipped because we kept getting shot at by cops). So eventually all the combat was over but we were looking for someone to raid. And then guess who decided to pull us over once again. We didnt react badly, we wanted the ticket at the traffic stop. But you called out on radio is that the car you're looking for. So we floored it and drove out of there before you could catch us off guard. While doing so, you code reded our veichle for no reason, and engaged on us. So we drove far far away, but then our friends stayed and fought. So we turned around to help out with the shootout. So i hop out of the car (my lr was on semi automatic) and killed about 2 cops. Now at this point im fired up. I mean you had a fully auto rifle and i killed you with a semi. So I typed in looc "ez frag once again" , which actually wasnt breaking character because, you wouldve been breaking NLR remebering your past life. So then I get 3 tickets for 4,500$ for being parked in a legal spot. So now im pissed, you were clearly targeting me and my friends. Then suprise, suprise, you pull us over again! At this point you were asking for it, wanting to die or get in frag RP each time. I cant remember exactly how the farm shootout went, but you said that you think you are cool over a videogame, grow up and be excited over stuff outside,( I will provide screenshots in my next post). So i was pretty mad that you insulted me and basically said I stay inside all day, or whatever you meant, so I respoded with thats cute, do you want to like fight me or something. Next is when I said mad cuz bad, again I will provide SS of what you said for me to say that, but you only screenshotted me responding to you, you started off each LOOC dis. The only times I started it was when i said "ez ez ez" and "ez frags on thickboots once again".

For the combat timer, i actually PM'd an admin saying I have to go, and they said its fine, just dont deposit anything because of your timer, and I didnt even see your PM because I was already ready to leave, if you wanted me to join the sit, you couldve messaged me on discord and i wouldve asked my mom if I could keep playing. And the RP was arleady over so there was no rule break of LTARP.

Finally, I was doing my job as a mentor asking if anyone needs help and you said, It would help if you could quit, and let me know when, so I could come back to the server. So dont start acting like you are the victim and you didnt be toxic first.

In conclusion to the player report after reviewing the statements and evidence presented ( @tyler rees @Balldrip ):

Report Summary: From what I understood from this report is that @tyler rees felt as if the comments being made were toxic, from my opinion with the statements said and evidence I wouldn't see any rule violation but I would say the back and forth is petty and immature from both parties. @Balldrip I can understand your standpoint on commenting on the roleplay situations but it seems as your intent is to get a reaction from the user, In future try to refrain from attempting to get a reaction from the user when you know they do not want anything said. Anyway, that being said, all the picture evidence of toxicity are irrelevant as I do not see any rule violation in them but the video evidence, on the other hand, shows rules being violated.

For violating the server rule of:
4.1.1.5 - You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Hospital, Fire Department, City Hall, and the Bank.
