Nice clipping the full video dude! please show what happened before this video; you were asked to stop vaping multiple times due to the fact that my friend in-game has asthma, @Joey. ., which we did say and make known to you. I'm almost certain we threatened to either kill you or hurt you if you didn't stop and you DID NOT STOP!!! RDM - The process of killing people without valid In-Character reasons. You were killed because you were gonna make my friend have an asthma attack, in-game it is not RDM we had a perfectly valid reason.

In regards to the following player report,

CC: @CoolOrphans & @PizzaButT32

After a review of the evidence and statements provided above, I can state the following; killing should be carried out sensibly and not at the first resort (2.2.4) and if you intend to kill someone for the situation above you should reference (2.2.2), in such you should threaten them with a weapon at stage one, if they continue then move to stage two, damage them but if overall and they still continue then you may proceed to stage three: shoot to kill. Additionally, it's evident in the video that @CoolOrphans was moving away from near the end (from the video) but your group @PizzaButT32 followed in which you then decide to kill him and there was also another person also vaping but it seems as if your group is only targeting one of the people there.

To note (again): Never resort to a first resort basis of player versus player unless your life or others is in imminent danger, roleplaying with your character having a disability or medical condition is a form of passive, the situation could have continued with passive roleplay as the group could have called for the Police to assist rather than killing one person from an action in which others are doing also then proceeding to follow them or even just threatened them with a weapon then left the area.

To conclude: The user @CoolOrphans shouldn't have been killed in the situation per evidence and statements provided, by killing the user all forms of roleplay are destroyed and no enhancive roleplay could have pursued, first resort player versus player is never a good option in these types of situations and in response @PizzaButT32 you have violated server rules and will receive a Three-Day Weapons Blacklist for Random Death Match (RDM) under Player Versus Player Rule numbers 2.2.1, 2.2.2 & 2.2.4. You may appeal the blacklist once issued.

@CoolOrphans you may request for a refund for the items you have lost per this situation due to user rule violations.
