After further review, I found the accused player to have broken the following rules:

RDM - There was no valid reason to kill you.

Fail RP - You can't mug someone or hold someone at gunpoint in front of an NPC or in heavy foot traffic areas.

As a result, the accused player will receive two warning points for RDM and Fail RP.
