Alright so from my understanding from the rules we're allowed to be offence in roleplay as to a certain DEGREE. (Nobody was offended after the fact..)

I wasn't using Queer to diminish any person for their sexuality as I didn't even know anybody's sexuality there.

I simply used it as a dumb comeback that slipped if anybody has a problem with me saying it I'd gladly stop especially for you Bob as you came to report me for saying it.

[1.6] We do not tolerate derogatory slurs towards any group of people, such as racism, homophobia etc., within the community - especially Out-Of-Character. Your in-game character may be offensive to a certain degree HOWEVER, once players feel uncomfortable you have to stop immediately. Be observant and considerate. Things like the N-word and other ethnic slurs are never acceptable - neither Out-Of-Character nor In-Character.

So you are partially correct. Your character may be offensive to a degree (and must stop if requested), but derogatory slurs are not allowed regardless. As such, the reported player will receive 1 Warning Point for usage of a derogatory slur.
