After speaking with Zinger on the server and Nas I've come to the conclusion that the following rules were violated.

@Nas7 - Blocking a building with a bus (minging)

@Zinger - Proppushing a vehicle that inadvertently killed another player.

Zinger was given a written warning for the proppushing.
