I walked into bank and two guys came in and tried to mug Berry. I equipped a desert eagle and tried to put it away so I didn't have it in my hands or anything, just in case and they shot me. I was not a part of the mugging.

Also would like to point out I lost $5,600 in death fee's due to this and my Desert eagle. So if that could be returned, cool!

Following a review of the evidence and statements provided, a conclusion has been made. In short, you should have not been killed or mugged. The location in which the reported users attempted to mug you was not suitable. Both reported users appear to be partly new to the server (30 hours+) and do not have extensive histories. With this in consideration, both reported users will receive Two Warning Points for 4.1.1.7 (Mugging or Kidnapping Suitable Locations). As you pulled a weapon they had a valid reason to kill, as such "RDM" does not apply.
