Let's start from the beginning.

You had stole a Firetruck from the Fire Department, you got out near the bank and you started to accuse me of shooting you (which I didnt by the way), and then we went on our own business. Your buddy @Dipski became a firefighter and a few minutes later you come charging in and I remember your face from stealing that truck, so I killed you. Clean and simple.

I see no broken rules or abuse here - at worst some form of misunderstanding, but the IC intensions were motivated. Denied.

Okay, so I missed the rule stating that emergency service cannot carry any weaponry. With that rule taken into consideration, this staff report is legitimate. I've spoken to Devul and we're not sure that the rule in question in necessary to have, and that weaponry questions like that should maybe be dealt with in-character instead. However, the rules apply for all. I'm gonna be direct and say that this incident will not have any impact on any individual, but rather spark a discussion so we can decide on something firm.
