Poor sit staff assistance

Reason for Report: Poor performance in staff sit. I was tryng to get to my rented apartment there was a roadblack on the road, cops were arresting somone in a red skyline , as im tryng to get by they start popping off shots at each other i try to reverse back , the kid( that rdmed me) comes with his skyline from behind blocking me taking out his AK-47 and killing me for no reason. I called a sit got in a sit told the staff what happened then the kid probably made something up about hearing somone was an undercover police in a black lancer ( car i have ) and that it was his reason for killing me ( even tho he admitted he wrongfuly killed me) admin refused to give me my stuff back without video evidence which i dont know why would i need if i didnt even have a gun and was just tryng to reverse being rdmed and the kid admitting it( the stuff i needed back wasnt even that big of a deal 15 weed seeds, 532 ambulance bill, 500 for car repair since it was almost blown up and 208 for time wasted being rdmed and being in a sit while renting ).

Hello, there was no roadblock. There was a massive shootout between cops & criminals, pretty sure the entire cop force ended up dying.

However you decided to stick around even though there was a shootout and not go the other way, the criminals had apparently confused you for being a detective as someone called you out earlier over their radio (apparently).

I do not recall him admitting to wrongfully killing you.

As you had no evidence to prove your side of the store or to show the situation I was not able to get your items/money refunded.

I was the "kid", u sat at a police shootout and there was a detective in a grey lancer, u sat in the middle of the firefight instead of valuing ur life and leaving and i shot u because again i was told that there was a grey lancer detective. Imagine in real life a civillian is watching the pd in a gun fight in the street (they did all die btw) and they sit watching. Wack

i was going to the drug dealer under the bridge then i wanted to go back to my apartment at oceanview, there was a traffic stop on the way i stopped to see if i can get trough, then they started popping off shots as i was reversing you pull up behind and start shooting at me , the lancer was black not grey.

About following "the kids" statement... If your story doesn't match up with his then I simply need evidence to issue punishments/refunds.

And with a roadblock, I thought you meant a prop roadblock, yes there were cars. But there was an active shootout so you shouldn't have been there in the first place.

You had no evidence to prove your point in the sit, neither do you have evidence here. You're bringing up the same things here as in-game. If you want anyone to be punished in the future to be punished then I recommend you start recording, most people aren't going to admit it.

For recording, there's lots of great software. If you have an Nvidia graphics card that isn't too old then you can use ShadowPlay. If you use AMD then u can use ReLive. There's also medal.tv that works with essentially all kinds of graphics cards.

what do you mean they wont admit it he literally said he thought i was a detective and killed me, as i was not one thats RDM from his side for not confirming who i was before shooting at me.

Wasn't a traffic stop, i raided pd, my friends were outside cops pulled up in waves and we killed em. You sat for a while and u really think in a gun fight im gonna look at a car that has been called out and pay attention to the fact that it was black/grey? It looked similar enough and u still sat watching a gun fight. Just back up and reverse next time

Without any evidence it is impossible to tell who is in the right and who is in the wrong. But I can tell you this:

• If there is a gunfight taking place near your location, you should value your life and leave, unless you are somehow involved in it;
• Players should kill others in a sensible manner, and this should be considered at all times.

Since Jacub did not have any evidence in the sit and since your stories were different and the logs would not be helpful in this case, he acted properly and didn't change anything in the situation. Therefore, there was no misusage of administrative powers from his part.
