After further review I find the player to be in violation of the rules listed below:

• FTVL - Failure To Value Life - The act of not valuing the life of your character, such as running into active shootouts.
• FearRP - The act of roleplaying fear as your character. This means that your character’s life is in danger and have to respond properly towards it.

The person in question failed to value his life and broke fear rp because he didn't listen to your orders when there you had 2 weapons pointed at him.
The player will receive 2 warning points for these offenses.
