Request Reason: I had just gotten Mayor, and I was on PD radio just chatting, I got multiple warnings saying that "Mayor can not use PD radio." I was a PD officer running for Mayor and I was already on PD for a while, I had just gotten off of PD whenever both Camilo and Jack had gotten on and became Assistant and Chief, I was extremely frustrated whenever I received multiple warnings for being on PD radio having a talk with my friends at the PD whilst there was no situation going on and no need for extremely strict PD radio use, then Jack Frost came to the Town Hall to arrest me for "Misusing PD Radio" even though there was no reason as for there was no active situation going on and I was just chatting for a bit with other officers, he then arrests my SS for telling him to get out even though my SS had every right to, and the SS was supposedly "threatening" his life for having a G36 on safety, even though the SS was in his jurisdiction and causing no harm, I then taxed both the Asst. and Chief to 30%, after I tried defusing the situation by saying I didn't want anyone to get in trouble and that I didn't want this to be a problem, he then interrupts me multiple times, never letting me talk and just making the situation even worse, he never listened to anything I said and gave me a extremely rude, "Shut the fuck up." and was extremely unprofessional so I went unprofessional too. There should've been no arrests made and nothing should've happened, as for I even tried apologizing for the misuse, as seen in the video. The video recording was started after the first couple of warnings and other officers telling me to start recording.

After reviewing the evidence provided I can not find any direct fault on the parts of @Jack Frost
However, I do not even know where to start on the parts of yourself @vKarmix

Here are a few things to summarize (note: not everything may be listed):

You must report a rule-breach when it happens/when a role-play situation is over with. While you await a staff member, do not stall the situation as a staff member will intervene as they see fit.

Do not take matters into your own hands. The staff is here for a reason. Their decisions are final. Do not disrespect or test their patience. Take it to the appropriate forum board if required.

Metagaming - Taking OOC to IC or vice-versa. Example: Bob would be walking down the street as he’d see a citizen who is an undercover cop. However, he uses the scoreboard to know he’s an undercover cop and avoids him based on using information not known to the character.

FailRP - Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.

Your expected behaviour is not limited to the rules below. Use common sense: When in doubt if something you are doing might be against the rules, it could very well be. If you have any doubt, contact a staff member.

As the Mayor, you are not above the law and are liable for arrests and tickets like any other citizen.

For the rulebreaks listed/(not listed) here I will be giving a total of 6 Warning Points as the behavior shown in this video is just unacceptable in our community.
