When did the situation occur?: 1-4-2024 10:04 PM EST to around 10:05 in 1st clip
Second Clip 10:16 PM EST also 1-4-2024

The 1st clip you can see and you will have to check logs that Puvz was using quite disparaging and racist language in chat.
2nd Clip you will see Roger his friend, willfully try and kill Puvz while as a PD officer as he broke out of jail and had a warrant. Instead of arresting him he tried to help his friend with a prop and try and kill him to rid him of the warrant. Upon me seeing this Puvz then again used racist language in chat.

This was literally a week ago to which staff has already looked through logs and saw my language. That is why I got 3-4 different blacklists that day. I was drunk, my apologies. I don't know why the report is so delayed but yeah. If it warrants even more punishment I guess hit me with it.

I can confirm that the incidents with Puvz were handled by a higher member of management and a conclusion was made on those cases.

However, we are now still awaiting reply from @Green Gatorade Water Bottle to handle the next portion of the report.

@Green Gatorade Water Bottle was recently phys gun blacklisted for 1 year by another Staff member in-game related to other incidents. I will add this report to their notes in the case an appeal is made, this report would also be considered. However, I won't inflict further punishments as 1 year is a hefty punishment.
