Hello Misterlol,
I had no knowledge of a bank raid being in progress at that given time.
The reason i killed this guy was because he aimed a weapon at me which allows me to KOS them.
I did not intend to counter a bank raid and did not go after any other people who were there.
The sole purpose I was there was to kill this officer as he had threatened me.

Here is a screenshot of Tru stating that I was indeed in the right for KOSing this man.
I would also like to state that the officer was being combat healed, if there was indeed a bank raid in progress.

Aiming a weapon at me is enough of a threat to be KOSed.
Any person aiming a weapon (civilian or government) is seen as a threat to my life and therefore I am allowed to KOS you as far as my knowledge goes.
In your first video you can see that the weapon was indeed in my face, therefore the kill was valid.
If you wish not to be KOSed then put your weapon on safe while not shooting.

You are also not the person to decide if i am "incriminating" myself nor the person to decide I have been lying.
Please don't backseat administrate.

I do not think you understand that it is not "aim a weapon AND threaten". having the weapon aimed in my direction is enough of a threat.
In your first video you can clearly see the weapon was indeed aimed in my direction.

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion:
@Jordan Cash broke the following rules:

Failure To Value Life - The act of not valuing the life of your character, such as running into active shootouts.

Counter raids can only be performed on player owned buildings. You may not counter raid a government building or a player owned building which is currently being raided by police at the time. Law Enforcement is exempt from this entire rule.

I also would like to state that the "aiming a weapon at me gives KOS" is not a valid thing in this context.
therfor I will also add the following:

You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. These could include, but is not limited to, visibly carrying illegal weapons or visibly performing an illegal activity. These reasons depend on the context. If police are attempting to initiate an arrest on you while you are carrying hidden illegal items in your inventory, that is a valid reason to kill them.
