Request Reason: They were cop baiting and Rob Monster was breaking fear rp, i told rob multiple times to put his hands up and he took around 3-4 commands until he did put his hands up, they kept coming back just to annoy me and bait me, so they could kill me.

@ProximaSync Simply for your investigation, I would like to add that, in game, I did deem it to be cop baiting and FailRP. However, I did not issue punishment as I wanted him to make a report on here so we could see the extent of what happened and whoever picked up the player report could issue punishment accordingly.

If you look at the video the firsts time the car comes around there is only 3 because I am not there the first time as i was in the casino and the reason that when I was there is because my friends told me that there was a pull over and i was interested to see who it was as they told me it was the captain and If my friends told me that the captain told them to leave and not come back I would have never showed up to say hi.

And if you look very close at the 3 first people none of them are me becuase I am intorduced to him if you look at the second part of the car coming back
