Request Reason: So basically we were in a fight with cops when the ems director arrives, he tries to ram us then we shoot at him a bit to try and get him to leave he drives down the slope no one shoots at him and he comes back to kill us with his car again, when he could have left. It was an active shoot out this directly lead to us loosing the fight. In the video he arrives ruffly at 0:16 he then tries to kill us, then when scott wakes up after being disorientated you can see him down the hill and he reverses and comes at us again. Also if this player report was accepted could me and @scott mathieson make a rr. PS - The video is shot through scotts pov as mine wasn't working.

Ping pong OwO? Alright so here is my story. When i was approaching from a call from PD my ambulance got hit by bullets i thought these bullets came from criminals which is why i tried to run them over for my safety seeing the video it looks like the bullets actually came from the PD instead of the criminals as to why i was blocking the car no where in the rules does it state i cant help police in those kinds of matters and as soon as backup arrived i withdrew from the scene as to not put myself in any extra danger. Now you might ask why i just not left the scene immediately? Well its because i saw the car and i saw them killing officers there is no way they will let me go and risk me sharing this info with the police (which we are required to do) so driving away was not a good option which is why i took the actions i did

U admit you could have left but didnt? If its an active shootout ems are not meant to get involved at all let alone decide to take it into their own hands to ram the 2 people with guns when they could have left. It was an active shootout and instead of leaving you decide to turn back and charge at us for the second time which is ftvl. You get the chance to leave and you turn around to ram us again. Ems are not meant to be involved in an active shootout especially when you could have left and chose not too. Also on the first bit of the rules in the definition section it says that FTVL - Failure To Value Life - The act of not valuing the life of your character, such as running into active shootouts. Look at the bit in bold it clearly states that you cannot just run into a gun fight again the first time you should have left straight away but definitely the second time yet you came back to try and ram us. You also say there is nothing in the rules that says you cant "assist police in these kind of matters". Also as stated here in the rules - "Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if you or a befriended life is in immediate danger." You could have left the scene easily and you purposely put your life in danger by not leaving. I dont see how that isnt ftvl and failrp, Paramedics aren't meant to be involved in active shootouts. As i stated earlier u could have left but chose not too.

Nothing from your situation was following the rules. EMS is not allowed to get into anything police-related you are not Law Enforcement you are EMS, with that being said there should be no reason why you have entered into a police chase that is not your roll if your car was being shot at I can understand trying to flee you should then contacted the police.
