My plan was to try and escape while the first guy was still in the car unfortunately my pistol was not loaded so I reverted to a machete. Also I had to leave real soon and was not ziptied so I was still able to escape. In my opinion I did not break FearRP as the first guy in the FnF had not exited the car yet and had his gun not pointed however I have not seen it from their point of view so I could have been mistaken about the person in the FnF

jesus christ, u broke fearrp and then report us for this? im pretty sure this isnt even a rulebreak as we just kidnapped and mugged u, never made u a hostage as u where never even ziptied

As per rule 4.2.1

You may only perform one raid (against players, the Bank, Town Hall, Police Department, the Sheriff's Department or the Penitentiary) , a hostage/kidnapping situation, or both situations simultaneously, per hour. This counts for both successful and unsuccessful situations. Survivors of a raid may ignore the “raid cool-down” if they decide to raid the Police Department, Sheriff's Department or the Penitentiary to free crew members or retrieve lost gear.
