Your evidence to support your claim: This 100% could've been avoidable, this guy has his car in the middle of the road and gets disoriented because he took his seat belt off? I mean he was in the middle of the road, and literally shot me when he was trying to shoot at Mark, and he shouldn't have even been shooting because he was in the middle of the road. This whole situation could've been completely avoidable but this guy didn't think so. I would like to see Mark get his ACR-E back because of this guy's bad decisions. He also claims it was crossfire but shot at me and killed me first, and his excuse was that he thought the driver seat was on the left side when it was on the right.

After reviewing the evidence I did feel that situation could have been avoided, and that the accussed palyer broke the following rule:

RDM - Killing you for no good reason

As a result, Vexpois will be issued one warning point for RDM.
