Your evidence to support your claim: My org member told me someone was shooting them after dying and they respawned apparently and they opened fire on me for no reason, I had gotten out of my car and started to shoot them for attempting to kill me for no reason and for shooting my clan member. I feel like this person really wanted to kill Keshawn at the time even though he died and definitely lost that information due to his new life. I just don't understand why he was shooting at me in the first place, I really hadn't done anything wrong.

After reviewing the evidence, I found the accused player to have broken the following rules:

Attempted RDM: Even though he did not kill you for no reason, he made an attempt at doing so.

Player Baiting: He did this to also incite a specific reaction out of you.

As a result, Aqua will receive a one day weapons blacklist.
