Genuinely had no clue that it was a rule. I understand that it isn't much of an excuse however, I genuinely had no idea that I was breaking a rule when I killed him for towing my vehicle. If a ban is what's going to happen, I understand why.

After further review, the player did kill you for towing his car, which is not allowed. Due to the fact Tony was honest, and came forward about not knowing this was a rule, he will only receive one warning point.
