Your evidence to support your claim: Apparently I ran over a civ on the drawbridge but they were on the road and then I kept going, then afterward he comes up to me and lights up my car even though I'm unarmed and I was stopped, I got out and he puts me into cuffs then he just kills me because there's no staff online to deal with it.

After reviewing the evidence, the accussed player broke the following rules:

RDM - There was nor eason to kill you while you were in cuffs.

Fail RP - To code red you for the guy that was ran over on bridge, even though there was nothing you could do about it, is not realistic.

As a result, the accussed player will be receiving two warning points for Fail RP and RDM.
