When did the situation occur?: 12/10/2020 @ around 8:42 PM EST
Your evidence to support your claim: There was a shootout at the hospital containing multiple individuals (civs and cops), we ended up killing everyone that was there that was shooting/attacking cops. Then John comes running inside with a gun drawn for no reason, everyone was dead that needed to be dead/down at this point, and when I asked for a badge he literally ran away and started to shoot me and other cops whenever I only asked for a badge. The last time I checked, I don't find it realistic to show up to a shootout that is doesn't involve you to just bait to cops to come after you so you can shoot them. I could be wrong in the situation, but I would love to see his side of the story/video evidence of the situation.

After reviewing the evidence, I found the accused player to have broken the following rule:

Cop Baiting - It isn't realistic for him to lure you out of the hospital room, and out into the open, all the while not answering your request to show a badge. It seems this was only done in order to kill you.

As a result, the accused player will receive one warning point for Cop Baiting.
