Request Reason: Courruption , Fail Rp, Player Targetting , NLR , NITRP. Courrption Did not listen to @StewartJames About not raiding the property, Fail Rp He was just using the police job to attempt to get us raided / Arrested . Player Targetting - He came up to us after the raid saying we got em and blatently just targetting us to get us arrested / raided not the only time such has happened. NLR - After dying he talks about how he gets us raided even tho he was on NLR, NITRP - Instead of asking to search the property for A Suspect And or suspected person that is wanted by the police or to chat he just tells swat to breach imeditly breaking down the doors.

It seems as if noone has video of the raid and or pre raid, Tho he died 2 times and the video of him saying we got them is nlr do to the fact he is referring to a raid he died in , Second clip backs up player targgeting no reason at all he walks up to me and just tells me to shut the f up

Hiya. I was very worn down by the incompetence of the PD at this point, tempted to demote the lot.

That having been said, I felt a pressure from Jake to go ahead with the raid, and judged that my denying this would make it even more impossible to lead.

That having been said, IF jakes judgement that our suspect was inside was correct, then the raid will have been valid.

If he says this as a result of player targeting, then it will not have been.

Sadly I can't help prove that either way.

As I am tagged I will respond, we got raided at 5 with no evidence that Jack Marly was inside the base it was just a He said she said moment with no valid proof other then his word.
and without any real proof that he was inside other than his word becuase he could have easily mistaken Jack Marly for being someone completly different and if he was their the fact that he most does not have a video or a picture of him being in their it makes no sense that it would be valid in the end due to going on a slim chance he was inside.

You saw "Someone" Who looked like him enter . Idk if you know but it is a great possiblity that the suspect has a lookalike or twin , You never took the chance to rp and ask to search the property for him or even ask everyone to step out . This 1 sentence also does not explain the other 5 rules you broke

we knew he was inside cuz we had a call from detective that said the car he was driving and then a yellow shelby came and went inside 5 oclock

No Detective was at the scene nor near the scene till the raid happened but still you could have tried to rp it out still not explaining about the other rules you broke

For clarity, I will confirm that Jack Marly left this property in a yellow Shelby omni that he did not own.

I left in a yellow Shelby, but after confirming it was not Jack Marly I was let go, I believe. Jack Marly had left earlier in the previous raid that was voided by Stewart, but I wasn't aware whether or not he was returning. From what I heard a little while later Jack Marly did indeed reenter the base, and we urged him to leave, but I'm not sure if any attempt to talk to the people inside the base to hand over Jack.

The PD asked a lot of time to bring him out with a promise that we wont raid if he came out. We saw him got inside the apertmant that is giving me permission to raid it if you dont bring him out

You still had no valid evedence he was in there other than a sight of "Possible Suspect" , Second There was only 2 officers you and stewart and you pushed stewart into confirmeing the raid don't act like there was 30 cops waiting to raid it .
