Request Reason: I was raiding powerplant without a gun and Shadowz responds. He pulls up and starts shooting at me for "running away." He then leaves me outside powerplant to die without even trying to revive me. This is a classic case of rdm and fail rp.

@Afash Told me to make a report on the forums because the reported party left the server shortly after the situation and didn't reconnect.

@Shadowz He was raiding powerplant without any weapons, and it seems there was no attempt there to arrest him, going straight to lethal force, shooting him, and then making no effort to revive him. If you could provide your side of what happened, that would be greatly appreciated.

After reviewing the evidence, I found the accused player to have broken the following rules:

RDM - Due to him not carrying a weapon or being a threat to you in any way, there was no reason to shoot him.

Fail RP - Making no effort to revive the suspect and letting him die willingly is not realistic at all.

Due to these rule breaks, the accused player will be receiving two warning points for RDM and Fail RP.
