2.2.12 Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you. Passing by officers and deputies, such as those obeying NLR, may not be harmed unless they initiate on you.
I was talking with a civilian who was walking on the street and I recommend him not to get in a car with a stranger, in this case, it was David Harrison, David Harrison then left, I was talking to him and showing him I was a cop when David Harrison returned with a gun out pointed at my car at this point I had already Identified my self to both parties making known that I was a cop, therefore, allowing rule 2.2.12 to become in effect, therefore, I believe this kill was rdm.

There was seemingly absolutely no reason for the player to have shot you in the first place, and doubly so since you were an identified law enforcement officer, and thus I find the player to be in violation of the above two rules.. The player in question will receive a 3 Day Weapons Blacklist. Additionally, the situation will be voided and you are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
With that said however I do not see you as having lost anything besides a minimal death fee of $615.
