So speaking to Mak (and the victim), this was intended to simply be a bit of fun between two friends. Regardless it should not have occurred, especially not in the middle of sunset island right in front of town hall. Due to the fact that the "victim" did not feel harmed in the incident I feel it is acceptable to give a simple Verbal Warning at this time. Should a similar incident occur a more strict punishment will be given.
