Premium membership refund request

At first i wanted to buy the premium member ship so i entered my card details right and then i did not know it was monthly so i tried to cancel it but i wasnt able to so i asked an admin in game if i can get refunded somehow and told me to post it on the forums. I really got confused i thought it was permanent when you buy premium because i come from perp and played alot on there and bought VIP and thats permanent so i thought the same thing about premium. I bought it on the 24th of July so I hope you understand my confusion and will give me a refund.
