What happened: I was wrongfully banned by Stuvi and it took 24 days for the case to be resolved. The reason it took 24 days is the sheer fact that Stuvi just wasn't responding for weeks on end.

Now, while we do not handle refund requests for premium, I will utilize your post to notify @Gurra about this to assist you.
