Your Character Name: Baron Fisher

Ban Length: 7 Days
Banning Staff Member: @friskiemar

Ban Reason: being AFK
Unban Reason: I had never even known this was bannable and it said this was my 3rd offense when previously I had never even known this could get me in trouble if I had been told the prior times I would've stopped. Even if someone who kicked me at some point just said "Stop afking or you'll get banned" I would've stopped but I had no knowledge that this was even bannable or I would've never done it. I truly didn't know this was that serious and I won't do it again. I've never been banned on this server the most punishment I've ever been in was getting blacklisted for 3 days from vehicles. I really enjoy this server and recently brought my friend to it and even bought premium, ive been AFK before and no one ever said anything to me about it. Sorry I really didn't mean to break the rules.

You were afk scripting as a detective in PD. That was your 3rd offense of the matter. You were given warning points both times (3 warning points each) and you were kicked for one of them. You did not learn from your mistakes.

Chapter 1 section 12 in our Server Rules states:

The usage of any kind of anti-AFK script or external game modification software is not tolerated. Using some form of AI to perform farming, mining, etc. is not allowed. The only exception we allow is the usage of the +attack command as long as you're immediately able to respond to ingame actions. This does not include +right, +left or arrow keys. If you do not respond to a staff members attempts to get your attention, you are liable for breaching this rule.

I will reduce your ban to 3 days. Next time you will serve the full ban.

PARTIALLY ACCEPTED.
