Request Reason: Initially I was going to let it go, but Waller decided to continue their rampage and aggressively hit me. Of course, I can't do much in that instance without assistance, nor can I realistically defend myself with a car of 3 right next them as you can see later.

breiceheidd then decided to shoot and engage me for no reason as beside to just cause havoc and ruin my vehicle. As that was another car I had towed preemptively, and I'm guessing they didn't like it.

After all this, you can see that Waller continued their rampage until I flung from the Anti-Stuck system.

How is your truck flying my fault? I was just trying to drive away but the no-collide undid itself and you happened to go flying... Maybe next time stop towing my car for no reason just trying to farm XP for your job levels or whatever. Tired of my car getting impounded for no reason, been happening all night and i'v'e retrieved it like 5 times already.

"Maybe next time stop towing my car for no reason" - Illegally Parking like the two times you failed to obtain a spot in the Bank Parking lot is not against me. Nor are you able to engage a tow for impounding/towing/non-engaged.

"...farm XP for your job levels or whatever" - You don't gain XP from Impounding, only tickets. Also I'm Level 300 on PD, so I literally can't go any higher to my knowledge as it hasn't progressed for some time now.

Just as a clarification to every statement made, from my perspective at least.

Our cars were no collided so “preventing movement” doesnt even apply here. I drove off, collision turned back on as I was coming out of yours and it happened to fling you for some reason. Sorry bout it.

And about the engaging, im aware I cant kill you for it or engage, etc.. So I didnt do it. Was kinda rude but im tired of my cars getting impounded so apologies for that.

next time stop towing my car for no reason just trying to farm XP for your job levels or whatever.

If he broke a rule you report it and you don't take it into your own hands.
Also, you are not allowed to "harm" him for previously towing/ticketing/etc your car. (This includes damaging his car)

The entire time he was on tow driver he was constantly towing cars that were legally parked just so he could get his cop levels up. There was no admin on for the duration of the time that he kept towing cars wrong fully. People literally couldn't step out of their cars for 1 sec without him towing it. He was even towing my car with me in it. I did make a report about him that day because he towed my car with me in it and did not bring it to the impound lost he kept driving around the map with it. His tow truck wasn't even harmed. He Wasn't blown up, smoking and didn't even have a popped tire. If anyone in this situation is cause havoc its him for not doing his job right.

@Breiceheidd Like I already said to Waller, If he broke the rules you should a make a report. If no staff members are on then you have to make a Forum Report (PR) about it.
Worst case scenario you could just ping a staff member (low ranking first) and ask for assistance.
But taking matters into your own hands isn't what you are supposed to do.

Now both of you will be receiving a Verbal for "Harming" a Tow truck Driver for towing + taking matters into your own hands.
