What happened: I called this guy out who killed me in a shootout; he combat depos, and after getting called out (in a sit) for combat depositing he decides to not put the items back in his inv after getting told repeatedly by Shimax and ends up getting banned.

What do you need refunded: XM8, FAK Large x2, Kev+Helm, Chem Powder + Chem Bottle x11 & Lockpick

I can confirm that every item listed needs refunding.

The situation:
Bestfriend was killed by someone, who then deposited everything 1.5 minutes later. Once requested to withdraw the items for the duration of his timer, he demonstrated an unwillingness to comply. After multiple chances, the individual was banned and told the items would definitely be removed from his person on his return. As such, I allowed Bestfriend to proceed with a refund request as well as a full void of the situation.
