RDM Ban Appeal @friskiemar

[Immigrant ¯\_(ツ)_/¯]

Your Steam Name: Immigrant ツ
Your Steam ID: STEAM_1:1:97482470
Your Character Name: Karol Bulat

Ban Length: 4 weeks/ 1 month
Banning Staff Member: @friskiemar

Ban Reason: RDM
Unban Reason:

Right so in the video you can see me (black female in white shirt) telling the cop to put his hands and he complies. So he can clearly comply to simple commands. And when I ask him to don't talk he responds with 'Okay' or something along them lines, which was seen by the banning staff members and by Lola Meid (apparently, not meant as staff disrespect ;p). Well in the video it does seem I did it a bit fast but he did reply twice, which mean't he broke both of my commands not to talk. Yet apparently saying 'Okay' or something along those lines is allowed. Yet I don't see anything like this in the rules? And also I've had numerous sits about this exact situation and the one that I can clearly remember was when Melody was moderator and basically said it was all good, and said I was on 'thin ice' with the rules. Which I can kinda agree but at the same time the victim is breaking a simple command , not to press Talk button.
Time of Occurrence: 8pm GMT+1 Roughly
Additional members involved/witnessing: Jamal (luk PS. the one who gave the video evidence) , Ivan (Gralex)

Your own evidence is against you.

Overwhelming somebody with commands and then killing them because hey don’t comply is RDM.

Killing somebody for making an affirmitive or agreed statement is considered RDM.

Killing somebody should be carried out sensibly. That was not a sensible kill at all.

You should follow the rules more carefully and stop with the frag hungry attitude. It will save you a lot of trouble.

Talking too fast and giving commands too fast to the point where you’re slurring your words and barely making any sense and then killing the person for not complying is considered RDM.

Appeal Denied.

Appeal 2 weeks from now or later.
