As @Zapping5 has failed to respond within the reasonable time I gave him, I will handle this without their input.

To be honest, this is a pretty open-and-shut case. The bodycam video shown by @Remi shows Senior Sergeant Z. Ping blatantly using excessive deadly force, while I can't hear Senior Sergeant Z. Ping thru this bodycam video. It is pretty clear that this level of force was unnecessary.

Now I do find Senior Sergeant Z. Ping guilty of the following:
Count 1. Conduct unbecoming a Law Enforcement Officer
Count 2. Excessive use of deadly force/ Unauthorised use of deadly force

You don't seem to have a record with us (Police Supervisor Team), and your staff record is relatively short. So I am willing to grant some leniency here, but if something like this happens again, you will be suspended from the Police Department for quite some time. You will receive 4 Severity points for the violations. I recommend you read the Monolith State Law Enforcement Manual (SOP) to prevent further violations.

Also @Remi, the situation will be voided. You may request a refund (Refund Section) for the following items: 15x cannabis seeds, $1068.
