RDM, LTARP, Raiding my base and staying there, Player disrespect

When did the situation occur?: About 9:00 AM EDT
Your evidence to support your claim: The clips are a mix of mine and Mazen's, but they all involve me in them.
Profanity is used in almost all the clips so beware

This clip has the man that we yelled at and talked to joining back to the server after he left and killing us at spawn, without any interaction in character, which is RDM and Spawnkilling.

We find a person (which is the target) Basing under our base and stealing our stuff when we put in stuff. He must've been in there for at least 15 to 20 minutes minimum.

We find the same person raiding us again. We tell him he was not following him NLR when he just disconnected the server to avoid role play and to avoid any consequences of any type.

This clip shows the Target joining back AGAIN after the first clip happened and after we died and spawned, and blowing up me and mazens cars and killing us both in spawn for a second time.

The first piece of evidence but from Mazen's point of view. this video reveals the fact that the target killed mazen after I died too.

In total, he "raided" us 2 times in a row and spawn killed us twice in a row.

i lost around 3k to medical bills too. We also lost just about 10 to 15 stacks of copper/coal ore due to him breaking raid timer. To add some context, evidence #2/2 shows him breaking raid timer after just raiding which was shown in evidence #2/1. I also i dont have any evidence for this, but at one point he took out a wood log and physguned on my car attemping to blow me up/cause me to crash while i was driving.

Regarding the LTARP, although it looks suspicious the logs say he timed out so I will not punish him for that.
